About  Monica Frazier

Monica Frazier grew up in Flint, Michigan, she is a Community Consultant, Leadership Development Trainer, Writer, and Global Career Development Facilitator.  For the past ten years, she has worked with “boots on the ground” in the community working with families to help build their capacity and skills educationally and economically.  Monica has earned her degree as an Educational Specialist and a Master’s in Management Organizational Management focusing on leadership.

After taking a faith walk and leaving her job of 27 years from a traditional school K-12 public school setting, Monica realized that her ministry has been working in the community to plant seeds and develop leaders.
